Continuous Cast Billets
One of our key products is continuous cast square billets. This is the foundation for further processing and production of various rolled metal products. Our billets are produced with a cross-section of 150×150 mm and a length of 6000 to 12000 mm.
The steel used for billets is distinguished by its high purity and stable characteristics, making it an ideal material for rolling mills. Advanced casting technologies ensure high structural density, minimal internal defects, and excellent mechanical properties. Billets are used in the production of rebar, wire rod, profiles, and other rolled products.
Rolled Products
Rostov Electrometallurgical Plant produces periodic profile rolled products designed for reinforcing concrete structures. Our rebar and wire rod ensure the reliability of construction projects, enhancing their resistance to loads and mechanical stress.
All products comply with strict regulatory requirements. The plant offers a wide range of rebar with diameters from 10 to 32 mm in bars. High strength properties allow its use in bridge construction, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and other critical structures.
The weldability of rebar is guaranteed, simplifying the installation process. Our products comply with GOST 34028-2016 and international standards, including DIN 488:2009-08. Upon request, we can produce rebar with customized specifications adapted to specific construction projects.
